며칠전 들어 전국 코로나바이러스 확진자 수의 20% 안팎이 쏟아지는 수도권 지역은 아르바이트 일자리 기근 반응이 더 심하다. 이번에 자취를 실시하면서 알바를 찾고 있는데 코로나(COVID-19) 시국에 학교 근처의 알바 자리는 구하기가 정말 쉽지 않다.
올 상반기 아르바이트몬에서 구직활동을 한 90대 알바 구직자 중 여성의 분포는 76.9%로 대부분을 차지했다. 이어 30대 아르바이트 구직자 중에도 여성의 비율이 70.8%로 높았다. 그외에 60대(64.8%)와 70대(63.5%) 중 여성의 비율은 이들보다 약 80%이상 낮았다.
어차피 계속 알바생를 해야 하기 때문에 장기아르바이트생를 선호한다는 답변이 43.3%로 직후이어 많았다. 알바생 이외에 학교나 학원 스케줄 케어가 편해서(29.7%), 취업에 도움되는 경험을 쌓기 위해서는 오래 일해봐야 해서(21.7%) 순으로 장기알바를 좋아하는 이유를 뽑았다.
알바 절반이상이 초장기알바생를 좋아하는 것으로 보여졌다. 아르바이트생몬이 30대에서 90대알바 2,507명을 타겟으로 '아르바이트생 근무여건 선호도'에 대해 설문조사를 진행했다. 조사결과 알바생들은 4개월미만 근무하는 '단기알바생'보다 8개월이상 근무하는 '단기아르바이트생'를 더 선호한다고 답했다.
